**Please check back to this post as we will update it when more screenings are added.
The advanced screenings of The Host have begun. We want to fill the screenings with fans especially since Stephenie Meyer, Jake Abel, and Max Irons will be in attendance and more than likely will be doing a Q and A after the film ends. Note: There are now screenings that are just the film, with no Q and A.
If you get a pass, that does not mean you are guaranteed a seat. I would arrive plenty early to the theatre location. Just bring a book, computer, etc. with you for entertainment. All the passes are first come, first serve. Most of these will require you to sign up for an account with Gofobo.com.
If you get a pass and then are unable to attend, please go to your Gofobo account and “Cancel RSVP” for the passes you have. This releases them for someone else to take. So even though some of the screenings may have all the passes taken, please keep checking the link. Sometimes more screening passes will be released closer to the screening date or maybe someone was nice enough to release their passes.
Update 3/18: Deleted some more of the past screenings. There are still passes available it seems for the screening in LA Thursday, and I’ve added some screenings that Open Road Films brought to our attention today, though some are already full. Good luck! ~J
UPDATE: 3/22 – Sarah went through and deleted all of the past screenings, so hopefully this post will look a lot better. The best place to check if you have a screening locally is Advance Screenings.com. Click here to go to The Host page. They list screenings in the US and Canada. If you know of additional screenings that are not listed, you can add it to the page and help other fans out.
Update 2/28: Some of these are contests, not just signing up for free passes. Please check the links under each date and the description I put here for details!! Also, the ones that are through Gofobo, if you click on the source, it has a list of possible sponsors at the bottom that you might be able to find RSVP codes through.
