It has been a while since the official website of The Host was updated. Today, a feature called “Choose a Side” was added. You can access it by going to the official site at www.thehostthefilm.com and clicking on the upper right hand corner. Once there, you will see the page seen below. You can choose what path to take.
You can access the characters of Wanda, Melanie, and Jared right now. You can also see what characters will become available in the near future. Each character page has a section for videos, bio, photos, and downloads. The video section has the teaser and full trailer and any featurette that has come online for them. You can also see what other characters are linked to that specific character. Here is what Wanda’s page looks like:
The downloads section has the opportunity for you to do download a Facebook cover photo, a profile photo, a Twitter profile photo, a Twitter skin, and a wallpaper photo. In other words, you can spend a lot of time perusing this new feature.
Characters who are blacked out but will soon be added are Jamie Stryder, Uncle Jeb, Ian, The Seeker, and Maggie Stryder.
