There is a new interview from the LA Times with The Host director Andrew Niccol. Niccol is gearing up to start promoting In Time, so I am sure there may be mentions of The Host in the near future. There is no mention of The Host in this interview, but it does center on the genre he focuses on, Science Fiction.
“‘I never knew I was actually making science fiction, because it was always social science fiction. I was never so interested in the hardware. I was more interested in the humanity,’ he said recently via telephone amid cutting the final version of In Time.”
